Mint Infused Strawberry Bisque


Strawberry         - 125 gms
Mint leaves          - 1 bunch
Sugar                    - 50 gms
Sour cream            - 3 tsp
Heavy Cream         - 25 gms


Make a simple syrup with sugar and water
Wash the mint leaves and add to the syrup boil it together
Wash the strawberry and add to the syrup
Add the heavy cream and sour cream to it
Stir it and simmer it for 10 mins
Cool it and blend it
